Chism Trail Show Clothing was started by me, Anne Chism, in March, 2005, with the intention of sharing good buys I find in new show clothing and accessories with fellow exhibitors and to provide a marketplace for recycled show clothing. The new items I sell will be available in select sizes and colors only (not every style in every size in every color), kind of like Costco. I want to make this a fun, easy place to sell and buy reasonably-priced show clothes, suitable for every level from 4-H to state breed shows.

Chism Trail will take possession of your show clothes and/or tack and sell them for you. Your clothes will be marketed with photos and descriptions on my website and will also travel occasionally to local shows in Colorado.

There is a $10 set-up fee when I take your item for consignment. That fee covers the photographing and uploading of your item onto my website. I will tell you how much money you can expect from the sale of each item you give me. You will make eighty percent (80%) of the price the item sells for - this is unheard of with other consignment shops who can charge you up to 50% of the sale of your item. That doesn't leave much for you, does it?

Chism Trail specializes in selling stylish, but affordable, clothing from many sources. Please make sure your tack and clothing is in good repair and clean and ready to show! In spite of their budget restrictions, my customers will be very selective and want clothes that are current and clean. I will sell horsemanship shirts, showmanship outfits, vests, shirts, slinkies and chaps, as well as English hunt coats, shirts and breeches. I will also take in on consignment your show saddles, headstalls and halters. Please let me know if you have any questions.
